Exceptional Customer Service by Mike Fenton I first spoke to Noel and told him what I want and gave him the price range. After few days I had some issue with the tires and the jack was missing and Mike Fenton one of the service advisor provided an exceptional customer service. He was very polite and professional and gave me a VIP service every time I visited under the warranty period. He ordered me new tires and jack. I think he is an asset to the company, great service. Amazing - got us on the road quick. Showed up twenty minutes before close. Had taken a nail to our rear tire of our '14 Explorer. Was leaving on a 700km trip to Calgary in the morning. Though they didn't have the new tires in stock, Mike made sure that the guys knew in the morning to take care of it. Not only that, but he came in on his day off - went to the tire place when they opened, picked up our tires himself and dropped them off at the dealership so we wouldn't have to wait for them to be delivered. We were good with the wait - but much happier to be on the road sooner. He went way out of his way and above/beyond. Validates our move from Dodge to Ford last winter. Super impressed with the service!!! More

Great sales people, sketchy service department. The people in the sales department and in the office in general are excellent here. I run a fleet of 9 trucks, I recently purchased a new F-350 Super The people in the sales department and in the office in general are excellent here. I run a fleet of 9 trucks, I recently purchased a new F-350 Super Duty. Within 24 hours I had a warning light, water in the fuel, a sensor was replaced but the "technician" neglected to reprogram the system so within 5 minutes the light was back. Two hours later they had finally figured out what had happened. Past experiences include being advised that I needed to replace the EGR Cooler in my '06 F-250 after 320,000 km, turns out I just needed to replace a $12.00 rad cap. This truck also had an oil leak, was told I needed to rebuild the engine top down because they couldn't tell where the oil was coming from, even with dye. Turned out I had a cracked line to the oil cooler, under $200 to replace. This truck went 632,000 km before I replaced it. My impression of Capitals service department is they are always hunting the big repair score. There seems to be a general reluctance to check small issues first. I still take my fleet there for general maintenance but I "always" get a second opinion when they "recommend" anything major. More often than not their "recommendations" are not really required. More

I had recently brought my car in to get a chip repaired in my window. The next day however, a crack appeared where the chip was fixed, which made me a bit concerned and feeling like I basically paid for th in my window. The next day however, a crack appeared where the chip was fixed, which made me a bit concerned and feeling like I basically paid for them to create a sealed crack. Dustin Skoglund from the service center showed great care in my issue and offered to assist me with my insurance claim for a new window as well as explaining to me that it does sometimes happen when windows get fixed. He gave me a few different options to choose from and I left there much happier than I came. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone! They always treat me great. More
