Kurtis Fehr in Ford Service Dept. Kurtis Fehr provided pleasant and results-oriented, and provided us with a good outcome on my 2008 Ford Escape. On August 16 I dropped my Kurtis Fehr provided pleasant and results-oriented, and provided us with a good outcome on my 2008 Ford Escape. On August 16 I dropped my vehicle off around 3:00 as the trans-axel and seal were leaking. Kurtis knew we were to head to Calgary on Aug 17. The vehicle was ready at the time he promised - thanks also to the team of mechanics working for Capital Ford - and we headed to Calgary without delay. He was personable, explained what was done, and got us on our way. He is just one of the many great people in your service department and Kurtis made a big difference to our day! I don't deal with Capital for tires as Kal Tire offers free re-balancing, flat repair, free winter tire changeover etc which Capital does not. Also want to give a shoutout to Ivan Liebel (Fixed Ops manager) as he has consistently managed the Service side of Capital so well More

Love Quick Lane I get all my service work done at Capital Ford, even if it isn't covered by my warranty. I love the convenience of the quick lane service. I go at my convenience and receive fast, efficient care for my vehicle. The waiting room is clean and with having asthma I am glad that there are no exhaust or other fumes. The staff are so nice when they check your vehicle in and answer any questions when you get your keys and car back. More

This was the first service to my vehicle & my first experience at Capital Ford service. From the moment I arrived at 7:15 am, I was pleasantly greeted by Alex who ended up being Awesome! Talk about personalized & caring service. Alex kept me informed at each step, went over what had been checked on my vehicle & the results. He provided me with coupons for future use & then proceeded to wash my vehicle before returning it to me. I have always been one to purchase with future service in mind. Often times, once a purchase is made, service goes out the window. Service is what keeps a customer coming back. Capital Ford exceeded my expectations at purchase time & have now exceeded my expectations with their service. I have to give credit to Alex, service tech, for his incredible customer service.
