This is the second time in less than two years that they have had to repair the front camera of my Lincoln. And its the second time it comes back damaged. I asked Nikki to inspect the vehicle before returning it to us because they damaged it the first time. She assured us she inspected it and found NO damage. But upon inspecting it ourselves we found they did in fact damage the vehicle once again. I would highly recommend everyone to be extra cautious if they ever plan to use their service department for any type of repairs. You would be best to go elsewhere because their workmanship is the actual worst and the most you get back from them is an apology. Their apology means nothing obviously. More

Jeff the Manager of Service did it right by me. Very communicative and willing to help.
