We felt guilty because we started with a outside salesperson, who took us for a drive and explained the features of the car. But once we mentioned we looked on line we were passed to the Internet salesperson. We did not care for that process. Also we were not happy with the detailing of the vehicle. The paint surface was left rough and sticky and the inside surface looks patchy. The detailing looks rushed. More

Comfortable... We werr met eith a first name bases after not being in there since our last purchase. At capital gm.....the receptionist appeared to be making a personal call when we adked to speak to dusten, we waited ....waited...then another sales person told her that he wasnt even in today. So after speaking with cash who said he would apraise our trade in .....kept saying be ready in 15 mins...sory 15 mins etc. That went on for about an hour. At ford it went like clockwork.. . More
