While she has accompanied me on previous purchases, this was her first solo effort. She was very impressed with the courtesy shown her. As can be imagined she was somewhat nervous. Ryan was very thorough in showing all the new options, and has promised to go over them again when we become more familiar with our new truck. We had earlier looked at a new lincoln, but decided a new F150 would suit us better. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Helmut & Gail Zech More
