Bad customer experience Really bad customer experience with the entire team. Firstly they provide incorrect tax information and when purchasing the vehicle, the billing inf Really bad customer experience with the entire team. Firstly they provide incorrect tax information and when purchasing the vehicle, the billing information was not passed correctly while creating a BOS . I have to followup a couple of times to put back the refund that was done to hold on the vehicle. When ask to complimentary oil change voucher, they try to avoid you for a week and then simply says NO..They don't even accept their mistakes and apologize. More

On August 16 I dropped my Kurtis Fehr provided pleasant and results-oriented, and provided us with a good outcome on my 2008 Ford Escape. On August 16 I dropped my vehicle off around 3:00 as the trans-axel and seal were leaking. Kurtis knew we were to head to Calgary on Aug 17. The vehicle was ready at the time he promised - thanks also to the team of mechanics working for Capital Ford - and we headed to Calgary without delay.
