The best sales woman Sara was an amazing sales woman! When went in to look at used vehicles she was actually outside!!! We didn't have to go find someone. We ended up leaving with a brand new 2017 Ford Escape and so far we are loving it! She was such a personable, down to earth, friendly person that I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy new or used! Craig was the sales manager above her, he was also very friendly, pleasant, and patient to deal with. I did not feel as though I was being pushed into a new vehicle from either one. More

Great customer service It was a very busy Saturday afternoon and even though we had to wait to get all the paperwork signed we were not forgotten about. The sales person (Ryan) and manager made sure we we comfortable in the lounge area with beverages and checked in with us every few minutes to see if we needed anything and update us on the wait time. Prior to that Ryan answered all my questions and the some about the Escape I was purchasing. He took the time to chat with us and find out exactly what our needs and wants were. This is the first brand new vehicle I've ever purchased and I never felt pressured or rushed even though they were so busy that day. When we came back to pick it on Monday after having the inside detailed they helped me sync the cars Bluetooth to my phone and walked me through all the satellite features and made sure that i was 100% comfortable. I will definitely recommend Capitol Ford to my family and friends. Even the staff that were not dealing with us directly were great and made us feel welcome. More

I wasn't entirely sure I wanted to purchase a Ford prior to visiting the dealership but the vehicle I purchased ended up being the only vehicle I test drove. The whole team at sales and finance were great and I went home with a new vehicle in the same day. The finance team very thoroughly explained the payment process before buying and Abbi did a great job checking in to make sure I was happy with my vehicle after I purchased it as well.
