I went to the dealership with the understanding that I was going to test drive a 2013 Ford Escape as I had been sent the specs on this particular vehicle by the internet department. Upon arriving and ind was going to test drive a 2013 Ford Escape as I had been sent the specs on this particular vehicle by the internet department. Upon arriving and indicating to Irv that is what I was there to test drive I found out that this particular vehicle was not available for test driving as it was in the shop waiting for repairs and wouldn't be available to test drive for 2-3 weeks. I was very disappointed to say the least. However, Irv was fantastic and I was able to go home with my 2013 Ford Edge. I also wanted to mention 2 other things that I was not impressed about. First being that Irv was not aware of what vehicle I was interested in and secondly the process took very long. I was at the dealership from 11:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Thirdly I also wanted to mention that after spending over $30K I could at least been given some sort of Ford Swag as a token of appreciation. I called Capital Ford on Feb 6/14 to see if I could make a deal on a 2013 Ford Eco-Boost F-150. I was put in touch with Blayne Morrow,to which I gave the information of what type of truck I wanted and where a deal on a 2013 Ford Eco-Boost F-150. He called me back about an hour later to let me know he had the truck I wanted and that financing was a go. I drove up to Regina and met with Blayne and Brett Holloway.Brett then showed me the truck ,set up my cell phone and went through the truck with me showing me the options and how to use them. Martin Kaytor explained the financing and got everything signed up. When given the keys to my new truck,Brett had filled it up with fuel and graciously helped me transfer my tool box from my old truck to the new one. Over all I had a great experience with the people that helped me get into my new F-150 truck. More

He didn't try to pressure me and he was willing to answer any questions I had. The car was not equipped as I wanted and Brett was able to make changes to it to make the sale. When we originally contacted the dealership using your on-line service, we did not get confirmation of our appointment as requested. We were coming from out of town and wanted to ensure the vehicles were on-line service, we did not get confirmation of our appointment as requested. We finally received assistance and our assigned salesman arrived. From that point on things did get better, Ryan was very easy to talk to and was very attentive to providing good customer service.
