Wouldn't buy used from them again I bought used Truck in March of 2014 , before I left the dealership I was told that the previous owner was going to turn in the other set of keys and I bought used Truck in March of 2014 , before I left the dealership I was told that the previous owner was going to turn in the other set of keys and that they would be mailed to me when that happened. A second key is not usually a big deal but with them being chipped two originals are needed to program any other keys.After a few weeks I tried getting in contact with brennan or rob and was told they were busy and I could leave a message that would be returned , it never was . I waited and called again same result .Finally after a month I emailed and got a response , to the effect that sorry the previous owner never turned the other key in .That was it no solution , they didn't offer a new key , how to get one or even an estimate of what it costs to get a new one programmed .They are great at selling it is comfortable , stress free and fast but the after care is horrible and getting a hold of someone is almost impossible unless you live in Regina and go into the dealership. More

Wrong, Ryan was incredibly helpfull throughout the buying process. I was fairly jaded about buying a new car and what the sales experience was going to be like, well I can now say that dealing with the fine staff at Capitol has completely erassed this feeling. I knew about what the car did walking in but Ryan showed brought me up to speed on the reality of owning and operating the vehicle. He also helped me get the best possible price for my trade as well as the new car as well as the term I was comfortable with, Darren was also very friendly and easy to deal with on the finance side of things. Never thought id be in a Ford and now I can't imagine having bought anything but, I absolutley love my Black Escape Titanium! Feels like a luxury SUV without the luxury pricetag. Top shelf service and product knowledge as well as value! Well done. More

Working with Cam was great, there were some delays when meeting with him but I understand he was very busy. He is a pleasant, knowledgeable person, but most of all I believe him to be honest. That's what customers are looking for in a salesperson, often they are over aggressive which give them a bad rep. Cam went all out ensuring I was satisfied with my deal and assured me he would assist me if there are any issues with my vehicle. I would not hesitate to recommend Cam and the dealership to friends or family. More
