Unpleasant experience First complaint was about 2 people, Mike Miller and Noel...i don't remember his last name cause the help was that bad. They kept dancing around questions we had about vehicles, very poor communication. Told they would call me one day and never did. I had to call them, and when I went to the dealership. I told them I didn't want to deal with Mike or Noel and they were pushed on us instead of letting me deal with the one person i wanted to. Jim Delfs didn't end up selling me the vehicle, but I wish he did. He was more than helpful and the day i came to pick up my car, he was the one to help me with even just transferring my plates. And to top it off, when we went to plate the vehicle. I was not given the SGI inspection sheet, so Mike Miller had to run it over and acted like he didn't even know who we were. The worst experience i have ever had buying a vehicle, even if it was used...it was still $16,000. If I do return to buy a new car in about 3 years, I hope Jim Delphs is still working there. Thanks Jim for doing what Noel and Mike should have done in the first place. Which is treating me with respect and like an actual customer. More
