They spent a few hours with us as we test drove a number of different vehicles that we were interested in until we were able to narrow it down to the one we wanted. They were then able to help us get a great price on the vehicle and extras before referring us over to Jenny who helped us organise financing for the whole lot. They sold the car I travelled there to buy I was dealing for over a month on a used SUV, and they knew I was coming to get that specific one. My trade was conditionally appraised and I was pre- I was dealing for over a month on a used SUV, and they knew I was coming to get that specific one. My trade was conditionally appraised and I was pre-approved. I was coming Saturday and it was confirmed on the previous Wednesday that I was coming for that SUV. Drove 2.5 hours to get there only to be told it had been sold the day before. Number one - they knew I was coming for it. Should it not have been known across all salesmen which vehicles have a pending deal? Two - could someone have called me to tell me I shouldn't waste the trip, fuel, and time? They tried to sell me another vehicle, but I knew what I was coming for and it was gone. I walked away empty handed, and pretty angry. More
