Jason was very knowledgeable and was able to answer our questions. Being a customer for a competing dealership for over 25 years, we were very hesitant to switch but again, Jason's knowledge of the vehicle made us feel comfortable with the decision. I think what helped the most was how kind and polite and easy to talk to everyone was at Capital; we never felt pressured. Thank you, to each of you, that helped us make the purchase of our new vehicle. More

Craig assisted when it came time to talk numbers, and he was great to work with as well. Both were very accommodating with mine and my husbands crazy work schedule, to make this deal happen. I didn't feel any stress or hassle to make the purchase, which ensured I would make the right decision. Once the decision was made to make the purchase, we dealt with Tylor. The deal was made on the Saturday of a long weekend, and we were going to be out of town for the following week. Tylor was so kind to come in on the stat Monday to ensure we could head out of town in our new wheels!! Overall, fantastic experience. Thank you Vyas, Craig, and Tylor for getting me into my dream vehicle! More

Great My experience at capital Ford was nearly perfect. The salesperson was very helpful and friendly, the manager was very personable and was always there My experience at capital Ford was nearly perfect. The salesperson was very helpful and friendly, the manager was very personable and was always there to assist in questions. I was able to find a vehicle I absolutely love that I thought was completely out of my budget. Without the help at Ford, I probably would have left with something I loved less just because I didn't know there were other options. The only downside to the experience was that the process took over 6 hours. We spent around 2 hours in the waiting room waiting to speak with someone in finance, who told us he would only be 15-20 mins. It is not a big deal as I still left very pleased, it just took longer than I'd expected/hoped More
