The deal was made on the Saturday of a long weekend, and we were going to be out of town for the following week. I was able to find a vehicle I absolutely love that I thought was completely out of my budget. Without the help at Ford, I probably would have left with something I loved less just because I didn't know there were other options. The only downside to the experience was that the process took over 6 hours. We spent around 2 hours in the waiting room waiting to speak with someone in finance, who told us he would only be 15-20 mins. It is not a big deal as I still left very pleased, it just took longer than I'd expected/hoped More
