You could tell their main concern was to make sure I was happy with the vehicle and the purchase in it's entirety. What I got in the end was not only a great new vehicle that had everything I wanted, but I was extremely comfortable with the big decision to purchase a new vehicle. It took only few hours unlike competitors that got back to me after 2-3 days. I'm particularly grateful to: - Philip Neil who helped me find the brand new SUV that fully meets the features I was looking for - Mohammad Alam who who got me the best possible deal (good trade-in value and lowest credit interest rate) - Ankit Patel who taught me all the amazing features of my new vehicle - Tanya Sinclair who nicely coordinated the process. No doubt, when the time comes to change my vehicle, Capital Ford Lincoln Inc will be the first car dealer I will refer to. More

Wonderful and pleasant experience Unfortunately I had to go look for a vehicle due to my vehicle be written off from and accident. It was a Ford Edge I had purchased from Capital Ford i Unfortunately I had to go look for a vehicle due to my vehicle be written off from and accident. It was a Ford Edge I had purchased from Capital Ford in 2015. When I purchased this vehicle the sales staff was outstanding in their care and patience as well as thoroughness in getting me what I not only needed but wanted. The follow up service at this dealership was always professional and timely. It was logical that I returned for my next vehicle. I used their web assistance to book a test drive for the vehicle I selected from their on line inventory list. The sales staff again were phenomenal. Their were courteous, personable, helpful and patient. I ended up buying a new Ford Escape and as I saw a used Lincoln Town Car I had to buy that as well. It was in a way funny; but, they were great in helping get both vehicles into my life. Great Teams, Dealership and most importantly great people at Capital. Thank You so much for another pleasant experience. More
