He remembered well when I told him before what are my conditions and limits when it comes to making a purchase. I greatly appreciate when he gave me options beyond what I thought I needed and explained the pros and cons of each. The most important thing is that I never felt I was talking to a sales person, rather, he is like a family member or a friend who was helping me make an informed decision before finally deciding to buy a vehicle.
