I phoned because of the transmission recall. They had reprogrammed the transmission in the hopes that the noise would reduce. I just phoned to tell them that the noise is ever worst than before. First, he was very impatient with me from the moment he started talking to me. Then he told me that it was normal for this transmission to have a noise and that they were not going to replace a whole transmission because of a noise. I never said that I wanted the transmission changed, I just want them to check the vehicle because I do know that normal noise and not normal noise on my vehicle is. He kept being so impatient with me that I just couldn't even tell him anything anymore. I was trying to tell him what kind of a noise it was making and he just would not listen to me, all he was telling me that this kind of transmission makes noise. I know that, this noise that my vehicle is making is NOT NORMAL. I finally just told him that I was going to phone back later and hopefully talk to someone with more patience and who actually likes the customers. I told him that he was being rude. After they reprogrammed it, the service people had told us to bring the vehicle back if that didn't work which is what I'm trying to do. I will get my husband to call because I want nothing to do with Capital Nissan anymore. More
