Overcharging and not fixing the problem Today, I went to have a recurring electrical problem with my less than 2 years Fiat 500. In the last 23 months we had 3 brake/indicating lights dying Today, I went to have a recurring electrical problem with my less than 2 years Fiat 500. In the last 23 months we had 3 brake/indicating lights dying on us, which clearly indicate an electrical problem. After consulting them a previous time in the past, they completely ignored the problem exposed to them and they just changed the lightbulb, with a 40$ added bill for time. 40$ for 5 minutes of work! And not helpful at all with the problem. Although, I went back to complain and try to reason with them, they did not offer any compensation or seemed worried about the actual problem. Never will go there again and will make sure to tell everyone I know! More
