Extremely Knowledgeable & Friendly Service I dealt with Nick Hall and was extremely impressed with the service I received. I had a differential cable come loose and I pulled in and they assesse I dealt with Nick Hall and was extremely impressed with the service I received. Ryan listened to my concerns and carefully explained the entire process to diagnose the problem. He called me back when he said he would and confirmed this was a known issue to Chrysler Canada. I was pretty relieved to hear this given the dealership I had taken it to the day before said without actually diagnosing the problem, they "knew" it was not a warranty covered issued and estimated the costs would be in the thousands! Before you have any major servicing performed on your Dodge Chrysler vehicle, take it to Ryan and his team, they will give you an HONEST and professional opinion. Trust is at the core of any service relationship and you can be sure I completely trust Ryan for service inquiries in the future! More
