Great service on my ram I had an issue with my ram 1500 the day after I drive it off the lot. I didn't have an appointment, but figured I'd so in to see of they could fix it I had an issue with my ram 1500 the day after I drive it off the lot. I didn't have an appointment, but figured I'd so in to see of they could fix it for me. They were friendly and courteous and also lent me a rental car. My truck was in so for 2 days, but it was fixed at no cost to me and with the rental really no inconvenience either. Service makes a difference when buying a vehicle and they have great service here. More

Customer Service Experience I had my Dodge Dakota serviced on June 4/2015. I had an annoying idle surge/vapour lock problem that other automotive garages could not solve. I dealt I had my Dodge Dakota serviced on June 4/2015. I had an annoying idle surge/vapour lock problem that other automotive garages could not solve. I dealt with the Service Manager, Ted Cameron. His level of organization, knowledge, service and support was extremely high. I have never experienced an service individual that was as professional as Ted. He only did work that was in my comfort zone and was prompt in his diagnosis and recommendations to proceed. Capital Chrysler Jeep Dodge is lucky to have an employee like Ted. I was very satisfied with the experience and would bring my truck back for servicing and I would ask for Ted Cameron. More

It's not just that Wendy calls to remind me about my service schedule without pressure and at my convenience, or that Neil drops me off at work in the morning, picks me up in the afternoon, and is a professional behind the wheel, both in skill and as a representative of his company. It's also about the person to whom you hand over your keys. I feel good about giving them to Nick Hall. After driving into the service centre, I'm always greeted with a smile. When I'm explaining the reasons for my visit, Nick gives me all of his attention. He isn't distracted by other business, asks intelligent questions to figure out how to best approach the issues, and informs me of exactly what the next steps will be and what to expect. The service technicians have always put down floor mats and seat covers and it has always been ready on time with the work completed as expected. I would and have recommended Nick and the service department at Capital Dodge to my friends. More

It wasn't even 10 minutes in and Ryan already figured out the problems i was having for such a long time. I just want to say thanks Ryan Rodney for making my visit the first of many !! you are now my number one service consultant. More
Extremely poor service I recently took in our 2014 Ram which is having a problem with the electronics in the driver's door. The doors lock automatically within a few seconds I recently took in our 2014 Ram which is having a problem with the electronics in the driver's door. The doors lock automatically within a few seconds after unlocking, the lock/unlock buttons in driver's door were inoperable, and doors also locked when adjusting the drivers window. Seemed obvious to me and to Nick Hall, the service adviser, that there was a problem with the driver's door control unit or switches which needed investigated. At same time we are burning out light bulbs regularly in the cab tail light(or box illumination, there are three lights in that fixture in total). After leaving the truck with them for the day I was told it was ready to pick up, as soon as I unlocked the truck, a few seconds later the doors locked again. Upon confronting Nick Hall, the service adviser, he talked to the tech and the tech claimed there were no issues with the truck. He also showed in the report no codes when scanned. Maybe that is because the tech showed he was playing with the power seats instead of looking at the locks. I showed them both again the same issues I had showed Nick when I dropped off the truck. Upon taking the truck to another dealership it only took an hour for them to diagnose the issue with the locks and order parts. There were also many codes logged in the system for both of the problems which were fully shown in their report. Obviously the tech at Capital Dodge did not even scan for trouble codes. I know now I was lied to and my time was definitely wasted. I cannot understand why I wasn't phoned when the tech could not see the issue. I was told by the tech "it doesn't really matter what stories you tell me". Excuse me, stories? That was insulting, as a customer and an engineer I know how electronics work and I don't tell stories when I take a vehicle in to get fixed. Its there because there is an issue to be fixed. I had service in the past at this dealership and was unhappy with it, 2 hours to do an oil change when you have an appointment? Really?, I gave them another chance but will never waste my time again with Capital Dodge. The best example of wasting my time though is their sales team, when asked about their deals on new trucks I was greeted with "lets price out a truck so how about we go to the web and look up the MSRP price. Seriously? I can do that myself at home. We have purchased 5 dodge vehicles in the past 10 years, Capital would have been in the running to get some of that business if they had just been honest with us and tried to earn our business like other dealerships do by cutting to the chase and not trying to start at the MSRP. Noone pays MSRP. In one word, incompetent. I would give 0 starts as a rating if possible More
