Very poor Customer service Very poor aftermarket service. They have lost my lugnut key and refuse to admit it was their fault, and want to charge $150 to remove the old locking Very poor aftermarket service. I bought a brand new Ram that is now one year old, and it was in the service department 6 months ago to fix a leaking front axle boot, so the front tire was removed by this dealer. I now need to change a flat tire and the key is not in my glovebox, since this is a new truck I would have no use to remove the key from my glovebox. I asked for Sales and Parts assistance since Service would not help, only to say I had to pay for a new key, and that they never loose the lugnut keys, they have 100% success rate of replacing the key...how do they know that? After getting Brian in parts who would order me a new one for free, service still would not remove the old ones for less than a $150 labour, their lowest price since they insist they didnt loose the key and that I misplaced it. I will never again buy or service my vehicles at this dealership...for shame on the service department for not providing customer service to someone who purchased a brand new vehicle from this dealership. More

After a very rude conversation at another location , i decided to try Capital City Dodge ( despite them being further from me). Without a doubt the most friendly , professional service from start to finish. I cannot express how pleased I was. We even had to contact my previous dealership in NB to find out about a previous repair, which in the end was warrenteed. Wendy, Nick and Ryan were excellant!! Best service at a dealership I have ever had. I will make the drive to Kanata every time passing the other 2 dealerships closer to me. Thank you Capital City Dodge! More
Finally FIAT is recognized throughout the dealership!!! So I have owned a FIAT Abarth since 2013. Andrianne in Sales is awesome and has always being there to help me. However, it has taken some time for the rest of the dealership to become Fiat Friendly. This is especially true in most Fiat Chrysler dealerships. For example, my wife wanted to purchase me two Abarth Scorpion Coffee mugs and went to a dealer in Quebec (Hull) where she works only to be told by the Parts department of a FIAT dealership that they do not order Fiat stuff like mugs. So last week I called the Parts at Capital Chrysler Jeep Dodge (Fiat should be in this name!!!) and asked for these two mugs. The parts department went on the computer and then sent me an e-mail with a picture to confirm that these were what I wanted. I said yes and two days later they called and they were ready for pick up. Amazing!! :) I would like to congratulate Capital Chrysler Jeep Dodge for finally incorporating the Fiat brand with their long time Jeep, Dodge and Chrysler brands. I understand that it was a difficult transition but I am very pleased that they have succeeded! It seems like my baby finally has a dealership home to visit :) More

Off the bat I was impressed he noticed my spouse and I had driven from all the way in from Petawawa on a Saturday morning (no closer Fiat dealer) and asked how our drive had been, sometimes it's the little things. He was very knowledgeable and seemed to know a great deal about the common 2012 Fiat issues and servicing they require. He was very friendly and easy to deal with, it felt like he was really there to help me and cared about the experience I had. No one likes having to bring their car in for service but Nick made it a much more enjoyable experience. More

I've always dealt with Ryan Rodney (Service Adviser) and Kyle McColl (Service Manager). Whenever I have issues with my vehicle's they always take the time to listen and make me feel at ease. When I leave my vehicle's with them I know That my car is in good hands. They address and Resolve any issue's that I may have. The service I get from both Kyle and Ryan is above and beyond what would normally be expected. And as such I would strongly recommend this dealership. More

They are my prime advisers, maintenance, repair and off-road build planning and service provider. Collectively, they are excellent educators too---and I love learning in depth about both my vehicle, and off-roading as a whole. I respect and appreciate the teams' competencies and customer-care orientation (each and every individual). Kudos to those associated with this dealership's day-to-day service operations that I've met and interacted with over the past 4+ years.. This includes the tactical service management and delivery team, the technicians effecting the work, along with Eric in Parts. They are, IMHO, central to Capital Chrysler Jeep Dodge success---this from my years of personal experience as a engaged client. As a vehicle owner I value quality and reliability, it's key to my returning time and time again! The synergy of all these individuals and their teams working together to satisfy their clients is, for lack of better words, exceptional!
