Started out sour, ended up sweet! My daughter had an experience at Capital dodge so negative from the service department it lead me to step in. She bought a 2013 Dodge Dart at Town and My daughter had an experience at Capital dodge so negative from the service department it lead me to step in. She bought a 2013 Dodge Dart at Town and Country Chrysler in Smiths Falls Ont when she graduated college. She has had one catastrophic failure after another, recall after recall! The service department at Town and country Chrysler were not helpful at all and very condescending to her. I will never go back to that dealership even though we have purchased many new Chrysler vehicles in the past from them. Fast forward to June 2016...still having transmission dash lights come on and her car acting up she ended up at capital dodge as she now resides in Ottawa. Initially they ran several diagnostic tests on it, thought they fixed the problem she paid the bill drove away and the problem continued, and continued...now I understand the mechanics were just as frustrated at this car as my daughter was but throwing parts at it to try to fix it was not the answer. I made a call to the service manager Kyle McColl he was more than willing to listen to my version and was extremely helpful in trying to get this issue solved. Next comes Brent Smith service technician extrodanaire! He went above and beyond to not only get the problem fixed but paid for by Chrysler Canada as the bill was way out of reach for my daughter. I will be eternally grateful for the service we finally received and my faith has been restored in not only humanity but Chrysler Canada and the fine mechanics at capital dodge! The car was inspected quickly and the finance employee was there on his day off to help me out. The service manager explained everything perfectly, including the help they provide (shuttle service, rental support if the car has to stay overnight, etc.). As I live way east of the east-end of Ottawa, this was my first visit to Capital. Impressive facility and lot. The staff looked "human" and were, from what I could see, offering a casual and stress-free environment in which to do business. More

He's extremely professional, friendly and courteous but most of all knowledgeable. I can call him at any time to ask a question and he is always helpful. Ryan also keeps me informed about what is happening with my vehicle and he has even SAVED ME MONEY which is almost unheard of with a dealership service department. Recently, the A/C on my 2013 Caravan died. Normally this would be a warranty issue but we were over the 3 years or 60 000 km so I assumed I was out of luck. Expecting a huge repair bill I contacted Capital Dodge and asked for Ryan with the hopes that there might be some way to reduce the cost of the repair. I brought the van in to Capital Dodge Shop and after a carefully review diagnosing the problem, Ryan Rodney called me to inform me he had arranged for the solution to be covered by Dodge as a good will warranty offer and I will have to pay nothing!!!. I can't thank Capital Dodge enough, and Ryan Rodney in particular (of course I want to include the mechanic team) for helping me out! I was very, very impressed with the professional service and the willingness to go beyond the call of duty! Certainly made my day! Kudos to you Ryan and Team, for always being there for me!!!! I would highly recommend capital dodge and their team. More

See Nick in service! First time coming in for service here at Capital Dodge. Was a little leery leaving my old dealership back home for a new one, but I met with Nick Hall First time coming in for service here at Capital Dodge. Was a little leery leaving my old dealership back home for a new one, but I met with Nick Hall in the service drive through and he made me feel like I had been a customer there for years. He had an answer for every question I had, went through the whole work order with me before I left and explained how everything would progress. When it came down to the repairs, he let me know how important some of the repairs were and prioritized them for me. When the vehicle was done, he called and when I arrived, went over the bill with me to make sure I had no further questions. Next time I have to bring my car in, I'll gladly bring it back to Capital Dodge and will be seeing Nick again! More

Very poor Customer service Very poor aftermarket service. They have lost my lugnut key and refuse to admit it was their fault, and want to charge $150 to remove the old locking Very poor aftermarket service. They have lost my lugnut key and refuse to admit it was their fault, and want to charge $150 to remove the old locking lugnuts. I bought a brand new Ram that is now one year old, and it was in the service department 6 months ago to fix a leaking front axle boot, so the front tire was removed by this dealer. I now need to change a flat tire and the key is not in my glovebox, since this is a new truck I would have no use to remove the key from my glovebox. I asked for Sales and Parts assistance since Service would not help, only to say I had to pay for a new key, and that they never loose the lugnut keys, they have 100% success rate of replacing the key...how do they know that? After getting Brian in parts who would order me a new one for free, service still would not remove the old ones for less than a $150 labour, their lowest price since they insist they didnt loose the key and that I misplaced it. I will never again buy or service my vehicles at this dealership...for shame on the service department for not providing customer service to someone who purchased a brand new vehicle from this dealership. More

After a very rude conversation at another location , i decided to try Capital City Dodge ( despite them being further from me). Without a doubt the most friendly , professional service from start to finish. I cannot express how pleased I was. We even had to contact my previous dealership in NB to find out about a previous repair, which in the end was warrenteed. Wendy, Nick and Ryan were excellant!! Best service at a dealership I have ever had. I will make the drive to Kanata every time passing the other 2 dealerships closer to me. Thank you Capital City Dodge! More
