Don't deal with this dealership or buy a Fiat Although my initial experience with this dealership was alright, as time passed they became more and more of a nuisance. Everytime I called to make an appointment for an oil change or tire change they would present me with a long list of services that my car was due for. The one time I agreed to pay a whopping $100 for a tire balance, I was presented with a report while picking up my car that showed my initial and final tire positions were exactly the same! (with the exception of one tire which had a 0.01 degree of a difference). In addition to this, I also receive calls every year asking if I've received my invitation to a special event that they're having and if I would like to trade in my car for another. Considering I haven't even paid off the current car, I'm not sure what would lead them to believe that I'm in the market for a new one. This dealership doesn't care about your time or your money. They see each individual person that enters the place with dollar signs in their eyes. And for those interested in purchasing a Fiat, DON'T!!!! I haven't had mine for very long and I've already had multiple things replaced on it including the clutch, a sensor, the armrest and both rocker panels (which are basically big plastic panels on both the passenger and drivers side). The car may look nice but everything about it breaks! More

Mechanical inspection After having faulty repairs done at another collision center and trying to deal with them for over 12+ weeks, I gave up dealing with them and brought After having faulty repairs done at another collision center and trying to deal with them for over 12+ weeks, I gave up dealing with them and brought my Jeep Wrangler to Dodge and dealt with Brent Smith. He immediately recognized the issues and I had the vehicle back within 48 hours. Great service from start to finish! More

No Customer Service What so Ever!! Had an appointment for a recall on my new Fiat bought at this dealership, was told to pull into the service bay. Pulled in and brought my keys to the service desk only for him to throw his arms in the air and say I have to wait at my car for Nick. Waited over 10min next to my car with my keys in my hand while several other employees stood around drinking coffee and ignoring me as well as a another couple in the bay next to mine also waiting. My instinct at this point was to leave and I wish I had! Finally my info was taken along with my keys and I was told it would take 4 to 5 hours. On the phone they said 2hrs, but I was ok with the extra time and had a ride so went home. 7 hours later I received a call saying that they had "run into problems" and would it be ok if they had to keep it over night. I said yes I could leave it overnight, but the "problem" was not identified. The next day I went to work and by 3pm had still not received a call. I finally called them as I was leaving work and was told my car was 20min from being ready so I headed out to pick it up in horrible weather as I was 30min away. Upon my arrival I was told it would be an hour (I'm pretty sure they hadn't even started on my recall until I showed up, ~29hrs after my original appointment). At this point I was quite frustrated and asked them what they planned to offer me for my trouble, they just shrugged and said unforeseen things happen. I left again and was told they'd call when it was complete, 4 hours later I got a call that it was finished (glad I hadn't decided to wait for the supposed 1hr). When I finally picked up my car on day 3 after a 11am appointment for a 2 hour fix I asked at the desk what "problem" they had encountered and if it was something I should worry about. I was told there were no problems and it was a simple instal. Also left my name and number at the front desk for the General Manager to call, and she never did. I will never purchase a car here or spend another second in this service centre, very frustrating and insulting to be treated with such disdain. I have owned many different vehicles over the years and have never had an experience quite so horrendous!! More
