Today I had a 7am appointment. Brent took all the information from me, and had me authorized $100 + tax for the repair. When we next spoke just before noon, they had identified many individual items, running $350 in parts so far and the labor to install, cajole, etc., and there's more to fix in a week or two when more parts come in. Sunroof leaks I went twice to get it fixed on my Longhorn 2015 And it is leaking more than ever, Plus, when they did the water test they took the hose from the s I went twice to get it fixed on my Longhorn 2015 And it is leaking more than ever, Plus, when they did the water test they took the hose from the shop with grease and throw that on my roof They made black marks on my roof and between my door and they scratched the roof The guy walk into my truck and has put black marks of grease So he did that twice on two different days even I had mentioned to wash it at the first time After an oil change they dropped oil all over my motor parts and it dripped in my driveway for many days. 2 stars is more than not enough More

Pleasant, courteous and brief I had an appointment to change my winter tires to summer, get an oil change and to check out a clicking noise from the front left tire. Minutes after I enjoyed my free coffee, I was informed that the wrong tires had been pulled from storage and I would have to return a couple of days later....'stuff happens'. The oil change went ahead and so did the noise check. I was told the installation of the tires would not be charged and was apologized to.... Overall experience was good. More
