Problem free service excellence from start to finish My previous car was written off suddenly over the New Year weekend, leaving me to start the 2018 New Year without a car. Perhaps untypically, I hate My previous car was written off suddenly over the New Year weekend, leaving me to start the 2018 New Year without a car. Perhaps untypically, I hate buying cars. I would rather drive a screwdriver through my foot than go buying and looking at cars. So I was absolutely dreading the experience. To cap it all, I had really liked my previous car, and it was gone. And I ended up being away from Calgary on two different trips. So I had a brainwave: Why not try Capital? To take a step back: Six months previously, after trying another local dealership unsuccessfully with three repeated visits to repair my previous GMC, in desperation I turned to Capital (at the time they were still Southgate Chev). They simply made the problem go away, at no cost to me. After this most pleasant experience, 6 months before, I thought - why not try them for a new car? I told them my preference was for a recent pre-owned Acadia Denali, and that's exactly what they found me - by the next day. After my return from California, one test drive was all that was needed. Completely satisfied, and what an amazing car. They took care of the rest - finance, licensing, briefing me in detail about all the new features. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Cliff, Art and Kirsty for an unforgettable customer service experience. I might start buying cars. More

Less than acceptable I bought a 2017Sierra HD 3500 Denali. James was pleasant until the sale was complete. I had them install a l5th wheel hitch. It was installed in a I bought a 2017Sierra HD 3500 Denali. James was pleasant until the sale was complete. I had them install a l5th wheel hitch. It was installed in a manner that it is almost impossible to remove it when I am not using it. I have to use my hammer the pins excessively in order to remove the pins and remove the hitch. To put the hitch back in I have to hammer the pins in attach the hitch. I called James to complain and he never returned my call. I left other messages with other sales staff and they indicated that they would pass the messages on to James. James will never returned my calls. After a few weeks I gave up trying to contact the dealership. I will never buy a vehicle from Capital Chevrolet again. More
