They were both stellar, being informative and fantastic with my crazy requests - including "Can you put winter tires on my car before I pick it up?" Which they did when all other shops were booked up because of our record breaking snowfall this week. I was honestly surprised, I was sure I would go for a couple days on all seasons, but Rob somehow got it done. Thank you for being awesome Rob! Sheryl was also fabulous. This was the first car I financed, and she was wonderful with explaining the process to me. On top of her massive knowledge and ability to convey it in a supportive manner, she got me a lower interest rate! I definitely won't have buyer's remorse, and feel confident with my purchase. Knowing that the auto body department is a CSN shop also makes me more confident with this awesome business. I love how CSN offers a limited nation wide warranty. I definitely will be back to buy a summer vehicle once I pay off my Cruze. Thank you to the whole amazing team that helped make this experience spectacular. More
