Service and sales were excellent I brought my rav4 in for service yesterday. Lawrence was able to get me in as soon as possible. Weren't willing to price match the 2 other dealers. Ended up purchasing the highlander as they had exactly what we wanted that didnt need to be ordered but would never go back nor recommend to anyone. Salesman left with my lisence and wasnt willing to make the extra effort so i could have it back in my hand, want me to meet him on deerfoot. Tried speaking with a manager with no return phone call. Waited to talk to a manager when picking up the car and ended up leaving as no manager ever made an appearance. We were also left waiting for our delivery person, mentioned it to the front desk and they had her paged. She didn't even know we were waiting, not one person made the effort even after being told we had to make an appt because everything was based on an appointment. Won't ever go back nor recommend to anyone. If we could have waited longer to get into our toyota we would have definatley went elsewhere. More

drastic decrease in overall customer service I've been a loyal customer since purchasing my first vehicle- it has now been 7 years and I can attest the last 3 years have been the most horrendous I've been a loyal customer since purchasing my first vehicle- it has now been 7 years and I can attest the last 3 years have been the most horrendous and painful experiences I have had to put myself through. The aggressive cars salesman behaviour is a total off put. It is due to the beauty of the vehicle I went through with my purchase. Now with service visits, I am constantly waiting, pushed off to the side and not taken seriously. I spend a great deal of money into my vehicle and providing them with my business. I book service a week in advance, show up timely to be disappointed in being pushed off to the side cause it just got so busy. The guys who work inside barely look up- they're busy socializing or plugging away at something without any sort of recognition that you are standing in front of them. Pacing from the garage to the building is a joke to get someone to care for my vehicle. This place has gone downhill at the front lines and needs to improve. More

Poor sales skills and go back on their word Condition of sale was for front bumper to be repaired. I indicated that there would be an issue and the paint needs time before putting the 3m on. The paint all bubbled. They said they would put an open appointment and mark bill of sale indicating customer would take back in vehicle to havr it repaired under warranty. I booked the appt months ago. Called last week as I as going to ask them to check something else while it's in and they said there is no appt and no record of them.agreeing to repair. They said sales manager would call. No call back. Reported them to amvic. More
Purchased a 2012 Matrix I received timely professional results that met my service expectations. Thus far I have been pleased with the conduct of the dealership. I have yet to meet the service bay staff which will be the true test. Most dealers are pleasant during purchase. I hope the service bay will be as pleasant to conduct business with for maintenance issues and any warranty related issues that may arise. My only complaint thus far is minor... My vehicle was cleaned prior to delivery, however when I pulled up my emergency brake handle I found a disgusting mess of hair and crumbs. I suspect because I purchased an automatic transmission the person who cleaned the car thought no one would look there. I feel the actions of one lazy employee should not be paid for by the entire staff. Hence why thus far I rate Canyon Creek Toyota at 4 out of 5 stars. More

Once we had the opportunity to deal with Lawrence; we have never looked back. RansClan really summed up how our family feels about Lawrence. He schedules our service appointments around our busy schedule and always ensures our vehicle is ready at the designated time. He knows us; and when we walk into the service area he always addresses us by name. He thoroughly goes through our invoice and answers any questions. Lawrence is always in a happy mood and even though a trip to the service department is never inexpensive; his good nature and the prompt manner that he notifies you that your vehicle is ready to for pick up makes him a first rate asset for Canyon Creek Toyota. I highly recommend dealing with Lawrence. More
