I would not recommend dealership to anyone, go elsewhere! Bought a 2015 Rav 4 in October 2016. Sent in signed paperwork to cancel the extra care protection plan and dropped it off to reception to give to Fina Bought a 2015 Rav 4 in October 2016. Guess what Micheal never got the paperwork and NEVER cancelled the policy. Requested several times starting October 2016 for copies of missing paperwork and was told it was at reception, showed up several times at reception to pick up copies only to be told they don't know what I'm talking about. I have spoken/left messages to the GM, Finance and all I got was the run around in trying to get copies of my contracts. A nice lady Maria finally got me copies of paperwork in August 2017 after months of waiting. Had to even go so far as to getting in touch with my bank loan lender to have them send me copies of paperwork. Tried again today August 23, 2017 to sort out and get the extra care protection plan cancelled and even took in my signed original photocopy only to be told by Mo (finance manager) that my STORY doesn't add up. Are you kidding me Mo? This paperwork was sent in since last year October 2016 and Canyon Creek Toyota did not DO ANYTHING and LOST the ORIGINALS and this is my fault how? You have the audacity to call me a LIAR and tell me my story doesn't add up? Yes Mo and YOU also told me that copies of my document was sitting at Reception, yet when I showed up at reception they had no idea what I was talking about.. Now whose the Liar? I brought my vehicle in for an Oil change and came away with scratches on my car only to be told that YOU must have scratched your car somewhere else.. Are you kidding me? I have been advised to seek legal counsel and file a report with Business Bureau. Do not recommend this location at all. Horrible experience with the financing department, very rude and disrespectful. My sales guy Ali was great and thank you to Maria for finally getting me my missing paperwork. More

All time low for a dealership I will never buy another car from this dealership. We went shopping for a new car and found one we liked on the show room floor. Everything seemed okay so we went ahead with the purchase. Little did we know that the salesman misrepresented the car as being new when it was a previously purchased and returned vehicle. I had to contact AMVIC which confirmed that they were trying to pull a fast one on us. As such the factory warranty had started several months ago even though on the bill of sale it claimed the car was new. I would never had expected a Toyota dealership would try to scam customers like this as we went into the deal thinking that the car was new. It unfortunately gives Toyota a bad name in my eyes, and I doubt I would ever consider buying one again if this is an example of how they deal with customers wanting to purchase a new vehicle. I've seen some shady stories about used car dealers, but this takes the cake for a new car dealership. I would have filed a formal complaint with AMVIC, but my wife wanted the car anyways as we had bought the plate, insurance, and registered it so concessions were made to augment the warranty through the dealership. Overall it was a very poor new car purchasing experience. To help others avoid a similar scam, be sure to check that the new vehicle window sticker is affixed to the car. Don't believe any salesman telling you that it isn't required or was misplaced. Check the kilometres to make sure the car isn't a demo or used. If the dealer cannot provide an original NVIS form so you can register it as a new vehicle, walk away. If they cannot provide this, no matter what lies they will tell you, the car is not new! I would encourage others to call and file a complaint to AMVIC if they face similar situations as I doubt my case is unique. In hindsight we should have stepped away from the deal and made the dealer compensate us for our costs of registration, plating, and insurance, but all the time and effort spent it was decided to go ahead with the purchase. More

Purchased a used car. It had multiple issues within the first few months. The dealer attempted to fix some of the problems. Repairs were of poor workmanship. I now avoid this dealer. Almost killed me. I brought my 2005 Toyota Corolla to them on May29/2017 to have the passenger side airbag replaced under recall. I decided to have them change my brake fluid and manual transmission fluid as well, they also replaced my drive belt as they said it was badly worn. Picked up my car at approximately 4 PM and drove down MacLeod Trail to 162AVe and up the ramp to eastbound Sunvalley Blvd to find I had no brakes. Fortunately it's a manual transmission so I always gear down..this time I had to use the park brake to come to a stop . Promptly turned around and went back to the dealer . Turns out they left the bleed nipple on the left rear side open. Fluid drained all the way down the road. High school mechanics wouldn't have screwed that one up. I have pictures of brake fluid all over Canyon Creek lot and in their service bay, They cleaned up the fluid under the car then David Wilkins offered me 150 dollar credit for future service..like I would ever go back. I had them take the brake fluid service off my bill . I have to wonder how they managed to squirt brake fluid on the windshield after they did the so called "clean up" I'll never know. More

He had visited a few other dealerships however they just did not want to help him. I personally have experienced the very helpful and friendly staff at Canyon Creek Toyota and was in town, we live in Lethbridge, so I told him to go see them. His Sales Associate was Kate Shakula and my Son said she was extremely pleasant to deal with and eager to help him. In fact he said all the staff at Canyon Creek Toyota seems much more pleasant then the staff at other dealerships in Calgary. When the right vehicle was decided on, the Management Team gave our Son every penny his truck was worth and then some. His experience in the Finance Department was equally pleasant and eagerly helpful, thanks to Diane one of the Professional Finance Advisors. If you are looking for your next vehicle and were thinking of first shopping around maybe you will find what you are looking for at Canyon Creek Toyota where SERVICE is not just a department, its a philosophy. Excellent Service with Courteous Staff I recently purchased a 2016 Venza through Canyon Creek Toyota and received excellent service through Helen with the sales staff and also through the s I recently purchased a 2016 Venza through Canyon Creek Toyota and received excellent service through Helen with the sales staff and also through the service centre. I had an issue with my windshield making a slight rattling noise when going over bumps and it really started to bother me with a brand new vehicle. I dropped into the service department with no appointment and Lawrence immediately took care of me. He had Cajetan take a quick road test with me and he recognized the issue causing the sound immediately. I then pulled it into the service bay and Cajetan fixed the issue within 15 minutes by adjusting the pins behind the windshield. I was very pleased with the level of service I received and now my vehicle rides nice and quiet on the road. I will be getting all my service done through this dealership now as it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend Canyon Creek Toyota to anyone. More
