I have dealt with this dealership since I bought my first Maxima in 1997. Bought my second Maxima and an Altima there too. Own an Infiniti now and have never been disappointed. Maxima in 1997. I purchased a 2010 Infiniti FX35 and I took it in with a part to have them put it in, as it turned out it was the wrong part but the technician could not figure that out right from the start, maybe he did b part to have them put it in, as it turned out it was the wrong part but the technician could not figure that out right from the start, maybe he did but regardless I was charged the same price as if he would have replaced the part just under 200 dollars, I now needed to get a key fob programed and I went to a locksmith to have it done and was told I needed a 4 digit number to get it programmed, he told me that infiniti could give me the number by pulling up my VIN number, so I go in and ask and they tell me there is no code needed and that they do not know what the locksmith is talking about so I said well I am only saying what Prices lock told me, they then recommended that I go to Acmeock and safe to get it done so I go out to my car and call Acme and after a few minutes he say I can do it at 1 pm that day but I need to get the number from my BODY CONTROL MODULE for him to be able to program my key fob. I go back into the parts and service and tell them.that Acme wants this number and I was told that the guy does not know what he is talking about, but it was the company that they recommended to me for the job and they would not give me the part number, why I don't know but they said no it is. not needed, so what could I do? I had the key fob and it needed to get programed and of course that was when he said that it would be best if I just brought it into Infiniti to have it done, right! so basically I was charged more than double that what it would have cost me at both Acme and Prices locksmith and I also had to sit around for 2 1/2 hours for it to get done and that was with an appointment. That was the last time I will step foot in the dealership for anything they have lost a customer for every and if you value your money do not go there for anything because you will only find out that you are getting charged double of what any reputable garage would charge you. Way to go CAMPUS Infiniti you have turned a customer away with your sneaky ways of conducting business. Turns out that all I needed was the part number for my BCM which would have been right on my file with my VIN number and they refused to give me that number just to trick me into taking it there. that is just shady and a down right lie from the dealer.
