Just bought a 21 Touring Ridgeline truck. Absolutely love it, but was so impressed on how the staff made it an enjoyable experience. We weren't attacked by sales staff the second we walked the lot like we were at the Ford dealership. Went in and met Michael who showed us all the features and took us for a test drive. Had fun with Michael and George as we put the deal together. Brent put the cash sale to bed and they even had a girl, Kelly, who was there on site representing ICBC, to put our insurance together and give us our plates. Too easy and convenient. Great experience. More
I took my CRV in for a rear brake repair, slow leak in the left front tire and a replacement ignition key as the electronic part of one of my keys was defective. Other than being much more expensive than the left front tire and a replacement ignition key as the electronic part of one of my keys was defective. Other than being much more expensive than a favourite local service centre the brake job seems fine. Campus Honda charged me $50 to fix my slow leak but 2 days later I realized it was still leaking. Took my CRV to my local shop and they showed me a photo of multiple leaks to the inner bead of the tire which was what Campus said they fixed the first time. The other issue was the spare key fob as they forgot to replace it, said sorry I would have to bring the car back again. I live in Brentwood Bay so it is inconvenient to bring my vehicle in and wait around for 2 or 3 hours to get something done that should have been taken care of the first time. I thought that the dealer, though more expensive would probably do a better job. In my experience this is not the case. I can't imagine why I would return and definitely would not recommend this service department. More
Need some maturity in their Service Department I went there expecting to pay more for some MAJOR service to my Honda (above $ 3K), and it was like I was dealing with a bunch of amateurs. I asked for a ba there expecting to pay more for some MAJOR service to my Honda (above $ 3K), and it was like I was dealing with a bunch of amateurs. I asked for a basic listing of my work order, and they would not give me one - so I had to write it down myself. When I called to confirm, they hadn't gotten the order right, and it was clear they were not sure of what I had asked for. They even entered my phone number wrong (twice). They need to train their people better on the service computer systems to avoid communication errors. I ended up cancelling. More
Last car I bought was a 1997 Honda Accord in 1998 from Campus Honda. Yes. it's still running like a Swiss watch!! Excellent sales department, horrible service department. Service staff did not listen to anything I said. 2 appointments booked both were put in wrong. Plus they were rude, and condescending.
