Rip off Please avoid this dealership for service... They are rip off.. Esp if your CSR is Justin... I spend more than $3000 for fixing Rav 4 Stearing and Please avoid this dealership for service... They are rip off.. Esp if your CSR is Justin... I spend more than $3000 for fixing Rav 4 Stearing and every time I go in Justin wants me to pay additional bucks for squeaks around my Stearing for troubleshooting.. They do not do it right the first time... You will end up with multiple visits including oil change which I had to make second visit to have oil leak from filter fixed. Please avoid Justin if you want a nice day... More

Excellent Service I have had excellent service at Cambridge Toyota. From the time we purchased our used Camry we could not have asked for a better sales rep than John I have had excellent service at Cambridge Toyota. From the time we purchased our used Camry we could not have asked for a better sales rep than John Turco. He followed up with us after we purchased the car to make sure we were happy with the car and if we were having any problems. don't get service done here Parts and sales dept's are great. The service department needs to be given a complete overhaul. Rude, condescending treatment.. everytime.
