Matt knew about the vechicle inside and out. He walked us through things before the test drive and after. He helped us with the purchase procedures and was available to answer any questions. When we picked up our new vechicle he walked us through everything including some of the manual. He spent time with us to show us things in the vehicle and answered any questions. He even made sure the blue tooth and messaging was working. Matt was great and we are very happy with the purchase of our Toyota Rav4 and would recommend Matt and Cambridge Toyota to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle! More

Cambridge Toyota made the lease on my new Corolla effortless. The leasing Manager contacted me about turning in my old lease and getting a better deal on an updated lease. John Turco, who I have worked with in the past for two other Toyota vehicles ,made everything so easy. He brought the vehicle right to my doorstep to test drive. John was very patient and answered all questions I had concerning the vehicle. Once the decision was made to go forward, John made the arrangements for me to complete the financial paperwork over the phone, and then brought the paperwork to me to sign, saving me another trip to the dealership. The only time I had to go to the dealership was to pick up the vehicle and sign some last papers. John is always such a great pleasure to work with, and the entire team at Cambridge Toyota made my entire experience so simple.This is by far the best customer service experience I have ever had, anywhere!!!!!! Fantastic experience and quality service Sean, the General Manager and his team (specifically Alex and Angelo) gave my family and I excellent service and answered all of our questions. Two things impressed me the most, number one, Sean offered to have one of his drivers bring a vehicle 45 mins to my house so that I could test drive it and secondly, Alex came in on his day off after being injured in a bicycle accident the day before to complete the sale. We have purchased two other vehicles from Sean and every time we have had excellent service. Angelo was very knowledgeable on the Tacoma model and answered all of our questions. My family and I will go back to Cambridge Toyota for future vehicles. Sean and his team went above and beyond and I would highly recommend them if you are in the market for a Toyota. More
