Very Bad Experience I switched all season tires to snow tires for Honda Civic since 2015. I wanted to change to snow tires at different shop last month. But they can't do I switched all season tires to snow tires for Honda Civic since 2015. I wanted to change to snow tires at different shop last month. But they can't do it, because Cambridge toyota technican change the toyota wheel lock on my Honda car. I made an appointment to fix this problem and the reception said the early date is Saturday, Dec. 16, 2017 and asked to drive in to make sure the part and tool availabel. I did that. That's OK. Every Body made mistakes. The worst thing is that when I come to change the nuts, they said they have 100% confidence that their technican didn't make that mistake. And ask to pay the cost of the NUTS. Rediculous. Very Very Bad Service. Never go there again More
