We ended up purchasing the car a week later and it was nothing but excellent service. Would reccomend this location as staff were stellar and went above and beyond wih patience. Matt was very respectful and patient even with my mom not being proficient in english. He helped break things down for both her and I as we slowly understood and was just excellent at explaining things.
