Bad service department After my car didn't start. I pulled out the battery to check if the battery was dead and found out it was from Canadian tire. The battery in the Lance After my car didn't start. I pulled out the battery to check if the battery was dead and found out it was from Canadian tire. The battery in the Lancer evolution wasn't available anywhere including the dealership without an order. With the battery out of the car the door wasn't able to open. The manual key in the fob wouldn't open the door either and hasn't even ever been used. Called the dealership to ask why this was. All they could tell me to do was call Caa. I asked how would I even know if they gave me the right keys to the car if they don't work. Service just kept saying it's a broken lock call caa. Asked if warranty covered it they said no. I told them I have an extra warranty sold to me by Mitsubishi. Then they just say call them up we don't know what we sold you and what it covers. This is seriously a horrible service. They didn't even offer to look into my extra coverage sold to me by them. An the dealership told me they couldn't even get into there own vehicle and just suggested caa. How can a dealership not open there own vehicle doors? when the cars only 4 years old and one of there top model vehicles. The worst part was the lack of caring or interest from the service department into my situation. Will be looking into another shop to service my vehicle from now on and won't ever buy another Mitsubishi again. What's the point when they give you keys that don't open there own doors. More

Issues Lot's of issues with my car. Haven't even had it for a year yet! First day I got it and "it passed the safety test" but yet I had to go back to get Lot's of issues with my car. Haven't even had it for a year yet! First day I got it and "it passed the safety test" but yet I had to go back to get my interior lights, windows, and locks fixed?! Whenever I called to get something fixed they have a poor attitude; making me feel as if my point was invalid and unimportant to them. There is a million car dealerships out there; who has time for this? Not me, I will be going somewhere else now. They tried to think of lousy excuses that I did NOT fall for. More

NEVER PAID LIEN OFF ON TRADE Smooth sales tactics, went in for information next thing we signed up for New Outlander. 7 weeks after purchase I have bank calling saying that they Smooth sales tactics, went in for information next thing we signed up for New Outlander. 7 weeks after purchase I have bank calling saying that they never received payout on my trade! Loan never was paid out and now in delinquent accounts!!!!! Please make sure that you receive proper paperwork for the payout of your trade!! More

I never felt the pressure to purchase one right that day but all questions asked were answered fullied. He took the time to listen and go over possible payment options since I wasn't sure if it would be affordable for me to buy new or used. All I can saw is the experience was easy going and not once pressured or felt like I had to choose then to purchase the RVR. Friendly and great customer service. Would recommend this dealership to anyone asking and will be certainly be back in the future! More
I was in the market for a new Mitsubishi and went and visited a view dealers, including the one in Waterloo.. What I found that in most dealerships that both the sales people and managers are ignorant an visited a view dealers, including the one in Waterloo.. Than a friend told me to stop in to Cambridge Mitsubishi where I dealt with Henry and Dale.. They were both informative and straightforward, they were both a pleasure to deal with, and I thoroughly enjoy my new Mitsubishi. So if you are in the market for a new car.. go and see Henry and Dale at Cambridge Mitsubishi.. they are both honest and straight forward.. a rarity in the car industry... I wholeheartedly recommend them...... More
