Jerome is amazing! Finacial Manager is very disappointing. Salesman Jerome is amazing and he answers all our inquiries with all honesty. He is also always available to help and assist us with our new vehicle. On the contrary, I was very upset and disappointed with Financial Services Manager- Joe Cook. From the very beginning, my husband and I made our intent clear that we want to apply for financing and the longest amortization term that we wanted will be 60 months or 5 years on a monthly basis. Joe was very accommodating that time and he did all the works for us. All we need to do is to sign the agreement and any other documents related to our purchase. He was very enthusiastic to tell us that he was able to lower our premium from $425 to $405. My husband and I were very pleased to hear the good news and we appreciate his effort to help us meet our budget. We gave our 100% trust on him and never doubt anything that he told us. Joe was aware that both my husband and I couldn't really see very clear without our eye glasses which we failed to bring that day. And because we trusted Joe so much 100%, we signed all the papers without any hesitation even though we didn't read the document at all (which is I believed our biggest mistake). When we got home with the new car, I reviewed the agreement and I found out that our amortization term was not 60 months but 96 months instead. This wasn't mentioned to us at all by Joe. This 96 months term was totally out of our budget and if we knew, we will not get the new car regardless how much we like the car. I called Joe the following day to clarify and see what we can do with the car and any chance to return it. Joe claimed that he told us about the 96 months term, which is totally not true. I always stay and very strict with my budget and never purchased anything that I cannot afford. If he told us that 60 months won't meet the price of the vehicle, then we will definitely not getting the car and will not sign the contract for financing. We had a long conversation and in the end, he never accepted his mistake nor shortcomings as the financial manager. Unfortunately, he told us that we cannot return the car anymore and everything has been signed and closed the deal. He just advised us to keep the car for the next 1-2 years and bring back to the dealership for trade-in for a lower cost vehicle. I was very mad because it felt like we were deceived and fooled by Joe. He took advantage of the situation that we really like the car that we test drove and took advantage also the fact that we could hardly read the documents. Many times I asked him to read what the paper says and he keeps on saying, in summary, we got everything that we need. This was very disappointing because we chose this dealership as this is a big company with trusted employees but we were wrong for dealing with this financial manager. It took me awhile to complete this survey and relayed my disappointment. I was very upset and waited to cool down for a moment before sending this one. I hope this incident won't happen to any other costumer at this dealership and to any other locations. I hope we will be the first and last client to be in this kind of situation. Thank you More

He was very helpful however, the sales manager (Duane Gauntlett) was very impolite towards us before we had said or asked for anything. We have never seen a sales manager with such disregard to the clients. At the end of the day we are spending money to buy something, regardless of the price as an employee there is a certain way of talking to your clients and unfortunately he did not represent a respectful manager at all. With that being said, Jhonny and the general manager (Corry Baum) were both very helpful and they are the only reason why i would recommend anyone to go to this dealership. More

Sales manager needs more skills and should learn how to deal with customers specially someone coming from distance!!!also he shouldn’t be rude to someone who’s spending 100000!!!!
