Great service and then some! This was my first visit to Cam Clark Ford for servicing on my 2017 Ford Escape - a simple oil change and a requested full detail. I'm so pleased to say that from the minute I stepped into the service department to the minute I drove away, the entire experience was fabulous. Akesh is extremely professional, courteous and friendly. Upon picking up my vehicle, he took the time to review the work done on my vehicle in addition to the entire status of my Escape. I have never had this amount of detail reviewed with me at any dealership and it was nice to know that the vehicle has a long way to go before requiring any major repairs. Akesh brought my vehicle to the service area and noticed that there was dust on it - some construction was taking place in the area near the dealership. I told him it was fine, but he insisted on having my vehicle cleaned and wiped before I drove away. My first experience with Akesh and the service department was a home run. Thank you Akesh! More

Exceptional Service I purchased a Ford through another dealership and determined very early on that the vehicle needed repair. It was recommended that I take the vehicle I purchased a Ford through another dealership and determined very early on that the vehicle needed repair. It was recommended that I take the vehicle to Cam Clark Ford. Cam Clark, specifically Ken and the technician involved (sorry I can't remember his name), took the time to explain to me what was required regarding my vehicles repair and completed said repairs in a timely fashion. Like many people, my life and career is very hectic and time is a rare commodity. Cam Clark understood my need to expedite the repair process and were very helpful from start to finish. Ken took the time to contact with updates on several occasions throughout the process. Although this is not my local Ford dealership, I will certainly be taking my vehicle back to Cam Clark for future repair and service. More
