In March of this year, I purchased an Explorer Sport which had some ongoing servic My most recent Explorer Sport acquisition caps off a bit of a saga. In March of this year, I purchased an Explorer Sport which had some ongoing service issues. Long story short, after three months in the workshop, it was decided that a vehicle replacement was in order. The Cam Clark team, with GM Jason Munden leading the effort, went to bat for me with Ford Canada and got me the replacement car. The dealership took a financial hit and I did not. Cam Clark could not have done more for me and really went way above and beyond what one would have expected. I am so grateful to them and cannot recommend this dealership enough; they are all awesome. I would add that every experience I or members of my family have had with this dealership have been absolutely excellent; we have nothing but positive feedback. More

The team at Cam Clark Richmond went above and beyond my expectations and got me in a new Escape with everything on my request list and more! Very poor experience in Cam Clark Ford Bought a 2015 Ford Explorer with extended dealer's services, suffering from multiple issues since 2017, brake noise, panel cracked, electronic dysfunc Bought a 2015 Ford Explorer with extended dealer's services, suffering from multiple issues since 2017, brake noise, panel cracked, electronic dysfunction and tire damage. I brought my concern to them in a few times, in 19 Oct 2017, they replaced four tires with charging 50% even though I had purchased Tire for Life program! During this maintenance, they could not locate the brake problem nor fixing the door panel. In 03 Apr. 2018 service, I asked them to relocate the problem and replace or fix the panel but they told me It couldn't be warranted. In 11 Sep. 2018 maintenance, the manager Alic rejected everything, instead he recommended to call 1-800 Ford Canada. It is the biggest mistake ever buying Ford with maintenance services from this place, consumers should be alert, stay away from them. More
