I had a great service visit - Gary was happy and helpful - just like always. He also didn't make fun of me when he asked me if I had the "Ford Pass" and I told him I thought it was supposed to be really nic - just like always. He also didn't make fun of me when he asked me if I had the "Ford Pass" and I told him I thought it was supposed to be really nice out this week:) Also a special shout out to my shuttle driver Will who was really fun to talk to and also picked me back up from an obscure street corner downtown without complaint:) I'm always happy at Ford and thanks. I have a 2021 Bronco that I bought in December 2021. I have had ao many issues. Which issue that has been ongoing is the odd noises the vehicle makes. I have had it to Ford probably eight times now, inc I have had ao many issues. Which issue that has been ongoing is the odd noises the vehicle makes. I have had it to Ford probably eight times now, including recalls. They will take the vehicle and take it for a short drive and say sorry we don't hear the sounds!
