I bought a truck here in May. They missed the a worn out drive shaft in the inspection which they fixed. I had issues with the cooling system. They flushed the cooling system. and They missed the a worn out drive shaft in the inspection which they fixed. I had issues with the cooling system. They flushed the cooling system. and put in new coolant, Great. I just had the oil changed in my truck and found that the coolant that they put in was only rated for -29 WOW am I glad I changed oil when I did. The Jiffy Lube drained 4 litres then added concentrate to get the coolant up to -40C. You would hope you could trust a dealership but obviously not this one. BE AWARE of this service department. Go somewhere else unless you want a bunch of grief. If I could give a zero I would have given that instead of 1 star More

I have really enjoyed my new truck, the team got me set up with Ford's phone App, got me $200 worth of reward points just for buying a vehicle, and even set my phone up so I could book my next service in a up with Ford's phone App, got me $200 worth of reward points just for buying a vehicle, and even set my phone up so I could book my next service in about 5 clicks! Easiest car buying experience of my life. Stephanie and Nick were a pleasure to deal with. My new mustang was waiting for me and all I had to do was sign the paperwork and i was on my way home to Edmonton. Great experience. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from them.
