He said he absolutely could bring in the vehicle we wanted at the online calculated price. And he did! He was so awesome to deal with! He was available to us with any questions or concerns we had, and took care of us personally. When we arrived at the dealership to sign papers, we were greeted by Cory and introduced to Trish, an amazing salesperson. We sat down with water and coffee and just visited and got to know eachother while we waited for Robin to be available. It gave us time to settle in and relax and have a fantastic visit getting to know these wonderful people. Robin Brooke, the Director of Finance, was so approachable. He was absolutely transparent and open and honest and explained everything to us in detail. He took as much time with us as we needed. At no time did we feel bullied or pressured. He was so relatable and fun. We were able to add the FMPP plan to our purchase, which allows us to get all of our maintenance done at Ford dealerships across north america. They'll even change the windshield wipers! It covers everything, and we now have a worry free, hassle free, maintenance free brand new vehicle! We plan on having all of our service done here, in Olds, even though we live in Airdrie. The service is excellent and so worth the drive! We created friendships with Cory, Robin, and Trish. We plan on bringing them in fresh baked goodies every time we get our vehicle serviced as well. Ask for Cory, Robin, and Trish directly. It's the PEOPLE that make the difference! Poor job We bought a new 2015 flex in July and have had to take it in several times since then. Most of those visits were for the same issues/problems that nev We bought a new 2015 flex in July and have had to take it in several times since then. Most of those visits were for the same issues/problems that never got addressed. We had a chrome panel on out tailgate that was lifting, it was in 3 times and still not fixed. They just kept putting double sided tape on it. We had accessories installed there and they were all installed improperly and we had to take it back again. They broke the window shades taking them off to fix so they had to order another set to put on, that was another return trip for us. My cd player would not eject my cd. I was told it was because it was a burnt one and to just not play those!? It happened again with a store bought cd. I called back to speak with Robin the service manager and left 2 messages because she wasn't there. It's over a week later and still no call about it. We took it to Fourlane Ford in Innisfail and they took care of us properly! My car was there 30 minutes and they ordered new tailgate panel as well as stero for the car. The parts were there quickly and they fixed my flex properly for me. I will not recommend this service center to anyone. My family bought 3 new vehicles within a week of each other ( one the same time as mine!) and no e of our cars will come there. Worth the drive to go to Innisfail and get it done right. More
