He said he absolutely could bring in the vehicle we wanted at the online calculated price. And he did! He was so awesome to deal with! He was available to us with any questions or concerns we had, and took care of us personally. When we arrived at the dealership to sign papers, we were greeted by Cory and introduced to Trish, an amazing salesperson. We sat down with water and coffee and just visited and got to know eachother while we waited for Robin to be available. It gave us time to settle in and relax and have a fantastic visit getting to know these wonderful people. Robin Brooke, the Director of Finance, was so approachable. He was absolutely transparent and open and honest and explained everything to us in detail. He took as much time with us as we needed. At no time did we feel bullied or pressured. He was so relatable and fun. We were able to add the FMPP plan to our purchase, which allows us to get all of our maintenance done at Ford dealerships across north america. They'll even change the windshield wipers! It covers everything, and we now have a worry free, hassle free, maintenance free brand new vehicle! We plan on having all of our service done here, in Olds, even though we live in Airdrie. The service is excellent and so worth the drive! We created friendships with Cory, Robin, and Trish. We plan on bringing them in fresh baked goodies every time we get our vehicle serviced as well. Ask for Cory, Robin, and Trish directly. It's the PEOPLE that make the difference!
