Customer Friendly Service Yesterday was my first experience with the Service Department at Cam Clark Ford in Olds and I came away very impressed. I had an 8 am appointment and Yesterday was my first experience with the Service Department at Cam Clark Ford in Olds and I came away very impressed. I had an 8 am appointment and by 8:05 my 2017 Escape was on the hoist beginning the 8000K service. Shortly before 9 am I was handed the keys and was on my way back home. To say the least I was pleasantly surprised, 1st by the speed and efficiency at which the folks in the Service Department work but the big surprise was the very modest charge for the work done. Made the mistake of going somewhere else for our F250 Super Duty diesel. Came back because of the great service we received from purchasing our F150.Recently purchased a 2017 F150. Once again we received outstanding service from Wayne and Robin. They worked hard to get us what we wanted. They went the extra mile to have the truck delivered to our home 3 hours away from the dealership. Very happy with our new purchase upon arrival as it was the first time we were able to see our new truck as it was not on the lot. We trusted Wayne and Robin were getting us what we wanted. A trust that was not lost. We would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to go to Cam Clarke Ford in Olds and asking for Wayne Burgess in Sales and Robin Brooke in Finance as they will work hard for you and never steer you wrong.
