Disappointed with lack of attention to detail Had vehicle in for tire replacement. I bought a used 2016 Ford Focus SE hatchback and was very pleased at the quality of the vehicle and how well it was maintained. Robin and Jonathan were very helpful and very professional. They also made sure my family and I were comfortable and offered to get us water, coffee, etc. I live in Calgary and prior to a massive snowfall, Jonathan was even willing to drive the car in for me to have a look at it - excellent service. My only complaint was that it took a really long time to get things organized and to have paperwork filled out, as Jonathan had another client while I was there. I understand buying a vehicle is a long process, so I wasn't too fussed. I would recommend this dealership. More

Service manager Had my truck cleaned was not done to satisfactory level talk to service manager all he would do was make up excuses for the cleaning crew the car Had my truck cleaned was not done to satisfactory level talk to service manager all he would do was make up excuses for the cleaning crew the carpet was left dirty not all the plastic trim was cleaned ,floor mats were not cleaned glass was left streke dirt left on rock panels just a poor job.
