We appreciate the follow up from management at the dealership. We believe the dealership will address the lack of service we recieved as they are genuinley concerned about the quality of service at the dealership. Yes we did come up with a solution, and I was hopeful for that. But the same issues keep going on. Ie when my vehicle was in to have the warranty work done the detailer broke a trim piece and didn't even tell anyone about it. Then I was told the shampooer was broke and I would be phoned to book it in. That never happened. I phoned to make an appointment myself a month later. It got booked it and my seats were barely touched, they were not even wet.
