Very slow with customer service. I drove 8 hours to buy a truck, and ended up driving away because of the lack of service and attention to my offer. They called me as I was driving away, so I told them that I did not think that they valued my business as I still had an eight hour drive to go home. Long and short is we did make a deal, but not happy with the experience. When I came back a few days later to pick up the truck, the detailing was good in some ways but the detailer had missed cleaning the box under the tonneau cover, and the stench of perfumed cleaners was more than my allergies could handle so I had a difficult time driving home. Overall, not very impressed. More
We have purchased 5 new Ford vehicles over the last decade. We always had excellent service from Big M Ford in Medicine Hat or Universal Ford here in Calgary. Unfortunately, we had no control over the dealership that our Ford Edge was delivered to under warranty. Cam Clark Ford (Olds, Alberta) was the closest dealer to where our Edge broke down in Sundre, Alberta. The vehicle was in for service at Cam Clark for 6 weeks (August 23 – October 6), we were waiting on back ordered part and the dealership appeared to have difficulties diagnosing and repairing the issue. We understand that the parts delivery issue was not the dealer’s fault nor was it ours. We frequently called the service department and talked to the service adviser for updates. Service continually told us that they will talk to technician and call us back. Service Never returned a call, ever. When we called the service department, our service adviser was not pleasant to deal with and always had to speak to others about our status of our vehicle. When we finally picked up the Edge, the service advisor seemed irritated by our vehicle and with us. The car was even returned to us with the carpet still pulled out and when we informed them about it, they look at us like we should finish the job ourselves. We received an email several days after picking up the car with the attached service summary that we were not given at the time of pick up. The email was not professional in any way, only sending an attachment of the document. No correspondence at all. Just another example of the unprofessional conduct we experienced with this dealership. Given the treatment that we received from this dealership we would never return to this dealership for service or ever think to buy our next Ford vehicle at this location. Should anyone break down in the busy corridor between Edmonton and Calgary, you may have no choice but to go to Olds for service. Good luck! More

Sales, finance, management in general I have had very good luck with as well as a history of great customer service in the past. My last experince was a very poor with their service department and their good luck with as well as a history of great customer service in the past. My last experince was a very poor with their service department and their detailing department. From doing the wrong repair, breaking parts on my car (transmission harness) which caused further issues with my transmission computer, trim on my car (not informing me either). To not following up or through with what they agreed upon several times. Having the wrong VIN number on file, being told rudely I had to navigate with Ford Canada myself, (they were awesome to deal with) the repair got completed through warrant from Ford Canada phoning the dealership. I am only writing this review now so that people will be cautious in their dealings. I had hoped to give Cam Clark Ford Olds a 5 star rating after this ordeal and as I understand mistakes get made but have given plenty of chances to reticify the issues. So I will not be taking my vehicle back to Cam Clark Ford Olds service as it has become to frustrating to get them to do what was agreed upon. I will however take my vehicle to Airdrie Cam Clark Ford as I still believe Cam Clark to be a good name in the industry. More
