Despite a few delays with vehicle delivery, I can assure you I have never received such a friendly, relaxed, customer-oriented sales service. In the last few years, I have been to a couple of Ford dealerships, purchasing new vehicles for business. So, buying a used one was a novelty to me. But let me tell you - I hit the jackpot when I stopped by this dealership. I got a newer SUV, in excellent condition, at an excellent price. Exactly what I wanted. I was not pushed into more expensive alternatives, I did not have to deal with "month-end rush, please leave the deposit before seeing the vehicle", which turned me away from a different dealership prior. Patsy Hickock was more like a friend than a salesperson. Robin Brooke pulled an excellent deal and some extras for me. Absolutely terrific experience! Recommending the dealership to anyone looking for a new or used. But the service department deserves its own review. That is coming next. More

Saved us a ton of money! At the same time, very quickly completed the work on 2 recalls and did an amazing job with interior detailing. Super friendly, super knowledgeable. No hassle, fast service, and no wasted waiting time at all! Excellent! More
