Went into dealership to get an estimate on fixing seat belt retractor and fixing exhaust system noise. Estimates came back - Seat belt retractor - replace - cost $347, Exhaust system - replace muffler an belt retractor and fixing exhaust system noise. Received third party estimate - Seat belt retractor - a few good hard pulls and it worked. Exhaust system - replace one length of pipe - $ 348. Agreed on price, drove 2.5 hours and price changed. Also ridiculous added “administration fees” that had to be added. I purchased a new key fob for my 2014 Edge. When I picked it up I found out that we needed to schedule 30 minutes with the service shop to program. Therefore I needed to make an appointment which cost me ano it up I found out that we needed to schedule 30 minutes with the service shop to program.
