Sorry to hear about your recent experience and I have still not heard back from the private message we sent to reach out to you regarding this problem. We would have no reason to deny warranty work under warranty unless the was abuse to the vehicle or some extreme circumstance. Also how you purchase the vehicle has nothing to do with warranty. If it is leased or financed then the warranty would apply as standard. As I cannot check your information using the "stutzy: profile you have used I cannot check to see if this is possible a used vehicle you financed which had no warranty remaining.
