Unfortunately, due to some mis Having purchased one of the original Ford Escape Hybrids in 2005, I have used CCF for all of my servicing requirements. Unfortunately, due to some miscommunications during the final service, it became necessary to avoid an expensive repair and look at purchasing or leasing a new vehicle. Being female, I was a little nervous about negotiating this potential minefield of dealing with the dreaded "car salesman"! However, Don MacGregor assisted me throughout the process giving me excellent advise and information re the potential benefits of leasing vs purchase. I was able to negotiate excellent pricing based on the trade in value of my previous vehicle plus employee pricing benefits at the end of August. Both Elizabeth Mathers and Chris Deal were able to expertly assist me on all of the financing details. I am very pleased with the 2017 Escape and thank everyone involved in making this process as painless and "non pressured" as possible. More

I bought my 2001 Escape from them and have used them exclusively for the last sixteen years.The last service was a challenging one since I decided to stay with Ford Parts ( 2001) which were only available from the States and, as a result, my car was at their dealership for longer than usual. Though Cam Clark immediately offered me a rental, I refused, but Steve Read kept me up to date on my car's progress and ,as usual, I was so impressed by his warmth, professionalism, marvellous sense of humour, and patience. All their service associates are so willing to go that extra mile. As usual Cam Clark washed my car, inside and out, and while I waited for it to be brought to me I had a lovely chat with their charming concierge, Stacy. Superior customer service, friendly, no hassle, well priced! My day had started with my 12 year old, 400,000 km car, finally breaking completely down & going to car-heaven. To make matters worse the old car had died in a remote area. A friend picked me up, brought me back to the city & so began my 'car-shopping' day. Knowing that my old car would be 'giving-it-up', I had done my homework over the past few months & had narrowed down my new vehicle choices to 4. Once back in North Vancouver I visited two other dealerships, competitors of Ford. I went to these 2 dealerships first, as they offered the models I was interested in, at attractive pricing, at 0% financing. Within minutes I walked out on both; the sales people did not 'listen' to my requirements & I felt as if they only tried to 'push' a vehicle of their choice on me. My day wasn't looking good so far. Cam Clark Ford was next and while their 'employee pricing' was attractive, they did not offer 0% financing, so I wasn't sure if this would work for me. It was also the very end of the day & I was not sure I would get the full attention of anyone at any dealership! From the moment I walked in, I was met by a wonderful sales woman, who cheerily & professionally greeted me, listened to the struggles of my day, all my car & financing requirements & many, many questions! Things were looking better! Knowing what I wanted, we looked at the Ford Escape in detail. Caroline answered all my questions, took me on a test drive, then threw a few questions at me that made me think a bit, making me consider other alternatives etc, and in no time I had decided on my new Cam Clark Ford vehicle! I completed the paperwork & was told my new car would be ready to pick up mid morning the very next day! I went home, dreaming about my new vehicle & feeling relieved that I truly had decided on a vehicle that was right for me & felt like I had a wonderful customer experience, all thanks to Caroline and Cam Clark Ford! The next morning I arrived at Cam Clark Ford, was introduced to Chris who took care of the financing, & completed all the remaining paperwork & onsite ICBC insurance! While I was doing all that, my new car was being prepped for my departure and within and hour and a half I was on my way! I should mention, I also opted for the Ford maintenance & warranty package which is something I never thought I would do. However after Chris explained everything to me and I made him 'do the math' six ways to sunday, he had me convinced that for literally a few extra dollars per month, I would have worry free / no charge warranty & maintenance! So I have opted to give it a try! Don't worry, if I have issues with the package I'll be writing another review! lol! Anyway I would not hesitate to buy a car from Cam Clark Ford, it is a wonderful experience, they go above and beyond and have done everything to make me feel like a valued customer! He's what every dealership should have; Ambassador, a 'gentlemen' salesmen with integrity, honesty, kindness, and most of all a good listener. The car is your second most important investment, so why not buy it from a first class sales person. You won't be disappointed, and like us it's always cool to visit Farzin and try out some of the great inventory that Cam Clark has to offer. Whether you buy or don't buy, the next time you visit I guarantee the experience will be the same. More

Good but could be Better I believe when you take your vehicle in for service that should include a wash and vacuum without having to ask for it to be done. However, when you have asked for it to be done and have been called to let you know your "car is finished and ready" that the vehicle should be actually washed and vacuumed not ask if you want to wait for it to be washed because it was not done when the service was complete. Also, I believe when you take your vehicle in for service/repair that every effort should be done to ensure that all items are taken care of. Don't wait until you go to pick up your vehicle and be advised that another visit is required because the other department (body shop) was too busy and now another service appointment is required. I believe the service department tries to take on too many appointments in one day and If they took a few less vehicles then they could provide better service to its customers. More
