I was pleased with the service for my 2015 Escape. Stacy had contacted me a week before, to tell me that it was time and to line up an appointment. All went well, although shortly after leaving the dealersh had contacted me a week before, to tell me that it was time and to line up an appointment. All went well, although shortly after leaving the dealership the car started acting strangely. I returned immediately. The issue was an engine issue outside the regular service work. Stacy had me leave the car and arranged for a short term rental so that technicians could assess the problem, which were covered under my warranty, Two days later, after parts arrived and installed, the Escape ran perfectly, Stacy, I should add, was courteous and professional. I also chatted with Steve Read, with whom I've enjoyed working for several years. Finally I want to point to the technician who came to check the issue upon my return, as at first we thought it might be breaks. He took the car for a spin and discovered the actual problem, whereby Stacy quickly arranged for a car rental and for further service. More
