My car came back looking brand new-clean and tidy although I understand the rules of this pandemic don’t allow for a complete clean within the car. Can’t rate quality of work but presume it excellent and the price was no charge as it was a recall. More

Every person I talk to there listens and hears and helps me. Going through an accident brought me to this dealership and the Body Shop people were incredible, my car looked new! I met Douglas, who is an incredible salesperson; professional, honest, and fun to work with, while waiting for my car to be washed. He was so friendly and knowledgeable and listened to my story about my accident and my fear of driving a car ever again. He suggested I try out an small SUV. He also asked the Manager to come out to give me an estimate of what I would get for my car. I was very surprised, having dealt with less than honest dealerships in my past, that it was very, very fair. Its been 3 years now and I have been going in for routine Service, but today my tire sign went on, it turned out to be a nail, so I drove down to my Dealership. They took my car in, right away, and drove me to Park Royal, then picked me up in about 2 hours. The tire cost only $37.00 to fix! I read many reviews and I love it when I can do one for the most honest, professional, caring, and funny people I have ever met at a car dealership. My 2017 Escape is being cared for so well it will have a great resale value. I am never pressured if I mention I am trading in my 2017 for a Hybrid, and have never been pressured in any way at this incredible dealership. So happy to be with Cam Clark Ford!!
