Washing of my vehicle I was told would be done after the recall work was fixed The work was done and I was called at 10:45 letting me know it was done. My ride from Ford (thx) picked me up at 11:30 and I arrived at Ford at 11:45. So that an hour since I was called telling me my car was done. Then I was told that they were washing it now and it would be ready shortly. After 30 minutes waiting I just asked to have my explorer. Tired of waiting. It still wasn’t washed. Was given a wash coupon for Esso. Disappointed in the handling of the simple task of washing the car. And valuing my time. Didn’t feel like and was not good customer service. I’m not calling out any names. The ball was dropped buy more than 1 person. If you say you are going to provide a service then you need to follow through on it. The service is great at Cam Clark Ford. I purchased my car there and the service was 5 star. I always take my car to the service department and find the front desk people very professional. The service is always done correctly and I am told the price ahead of time. The work is done in a timely manner and if I have to leave they provide a shuttle. The shuttle driver is also very professional. I will always take my car to Cam Clark Ford and Lincoln. More
